This is a baby shower gift for a male co-worker's first baby shower.
He really got a kick out of it!
I went to a local nurse's uniform store, bought the half apron and had them stitch "Jason's Diaper Duty Device".
You can't tell from the pic, but I took a piece of cardboard, put behind it for support, then slipped a shrink wrap bag over it and used a heating tool to hold all of the items in place.
Here he is sporting it proudly!! LOL!
He and his wife breed daushaunds, so I made some cute little puppy sugar cookies for the shower.
The group gift was a baby bassinet basket filled with gifts. Beleive it or not, I found this undecorated basket for 50 cents at a church garage sale that was previously used as a display. I kept the decorations simple by adding a big pink tule bow, some pink and white flowers and lined the inside of the basket with pink satin. I think it turned out pretty well... depsite the challenges I had with the lining arrrgg!! LOL!
