This is the first box I created using the Cricut and the Tags Bags Boxes and More cartridge. I do like this cartridge although I wish the boxes would turn out larger. None of them get much bigger than the size of a gift card (credit card). Great for showers and/or school party favors.
The "J" the tag hanging from the ribbon is made with the George cartridge and the ribbon is from M's.

For the card... I used New Arrivals with the card feature and the Thank You option on double sided paper. 
I used George at 1" on Shadowfeature and 1" regular font for the name "Joyce" on the envelope.
This was really quick and simple and the recipient seemed to love it. She still has it on her desk.
